3. User Responsibilities
Job Seekers
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile and CV. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Employers
You agree to post only legitimate job openings and to treat all candidates fairly and without discrimination. You are prohibited from using the platform for multi-level marketing, "work from home" schemes, or misleading opportunities.
4. Smart Secure Verification
GYSSR provides verification tools to increase trust. However, GYSSR does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of user-provided data. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before hiring or accepting a job offer.
5. AI Features and Tools
Our CV Builder, AI Career Coach, and Match Scores use advanced algorithms to assist you.
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
GYSSR is not liable for errors in AI-generated resumes or career advice.
Automated matching scores are indicators and not final employment decisions.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the service for any illegal purpose.
Post content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringing.
Scrape data from the platform without explicit permission.
Attempt to bypass security features or verification protocols.
7. Termination
GYSSR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the platform's community.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYSSR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service or any interactions between users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Baghdad.
