Employers / Companies
Company Identity: Business name, registration number, industry.
Contact Person: Name and role of the recruiter/administrator.
Billing Data: VAT number, credit card information (processed via secure third-party gateways).
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Under GDPR, we process your data based on the following legal grounds:
Contractual Necessity: To provide the recruitment services you requested (e.g., applying for a job).
Consent: For marketing communications and certain AI-driven coaching features.
Legal Obligation: To comply with tax, labor, and anti-fraud regulations.

GYSSR uses AI algorithms for Job Matching and Smart Match Scores. These algorithms analyze your skills and experience against job requirements.

Employers: Only when you explicitly apply for a job or make your profile searchable.
